Grant Babyak
Partner, Chief Executive Officer & Portfolio Manager
Grant is a Partner, CEO and Portfolio Manager on TimesSquare’s U.S. Equity Team and serves as a member of the Management Committee. He shares responsibility for overseeing all U.S. Mid Cap Growth, U.S. Small Cap Growth, and Global Small Cap strategies. Grant joined TimesSquare in 2000 and was a co-founder, CEO, and portfolio manager of the reorganized TimesSquare partnership in 2004. Prior to TimesSquare, Grant managed small cap and mid cap portfolios at Fiduciary Trust Company International and held portfolio management and analyst responsibilities at Avatar Associates and The United States Trust Company of New York.
Grant holds a B.A. in Political Science from Yale and an M.B.A. in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
Personal Interests
When Grant is not overseeing TimesSquare’s U.S. Equity strategies and firm leadership responsibilities, he enjoys spending time with his family at the beautiful beaches of Long Island and Florida, traveling internationally, and pursuing interests in cooking, boating, and art. He is married with two sons and a daughter.
