Joy Ragland
Director, Relationship Management
Joy is a Director of Relationship Management at TimesSquare, where she leads the firm’s client reporting initiatives and assists with client relations. In this role, she responds to requests for information and handles client account matters. Prior to joining TimesSquare in 2000, she worked at Oppenheimer Capital in the Cash Management Division and Wrap Fee Services.
Joy holds a B.B.A. in Marketing Management from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

When Joy is not leading client services initiatives at the firm, she is a fitness enthusiast who leads an active, balanced life, prioritizing quality time with her family as the foundation of her personal values. She is passionate about championing financial education for young people, with a focus on building practical life skills for the future.
