Lauren Znachowski

Lauren is the Human Resources Coordinator at TimesSquare Capital Management, where she is responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, 401(k) coordination, maintaining employee records, and supporting all internal and external HR-related requests, including background checks and employment verifications. She has held this role since July 2023 and brought with her a strong foundation built over several years with the firm. She joined TimesSquare in 2016 in a supportive role, working closely with senior leadership and gaining extensive experience in firm operations, employee relations, and organizational processes. Her progression within  TimesSquare reflects her dedication, adaptability, and deep understanding of the firm’s culture and people-first approach.
