Preeti Kohli

Preeti is the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for TimesSquare. She manages the firm’s legal and compliance policies and procedures in accordance with its fiduciary duty to clients, and with all applicable rules and regulations. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, she served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel for LibreMax Capital, LLC. Before that, she held the role of Director of Compliance for Allen & Company LLC and Allen Investment Management LLC. She has served in similar senior compliance roles at CVC Capital Partners, BNP Paribas, and Goldman Sachs & Co.

Preeti holds a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Religious Studies from Stony Brook University and a J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
