TimesSquare U.S. Small Cap Growth

Diversified — Separate Account

25 Years of Finding Quality Small Cap Growth

The U.S. Diversified Small Cap Growth strategy seeks to outperform the Russell 2000® Growth Index and its peer group in a risk-controlled manner by investing in quality growth companies within a structurally under-researched segment of the U.S. equity market.

A portfolio of 80-100 holdings delivers broad exposure to the small cap growth opportunity set while moderating single-stock risk, and a strict sell discipline governs position management. Positions are actively managed within a disciplined framework, with adjustments made as price targets are reached, valuations evolve, fundamentals shift, or more attractive opportunities arise.
